Today there are thousands of so-called Christian denominations that all think they teach the truth, but in fact they all teach different things. How can they all be right?
This website aims to encourage thinking and promote the establishment of sound teaching. When we look more closely at denominational teaching we find great variation in what is presented – even on something as fundamental as God’s plan for salvation. Yet God’s word is very clear: there is today only one message that is to be believed in order to receive eternal life.
1 Corinthians 15:1–4 · KJV
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.
Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again for our justification. There are eternal consequences for getting this wrong.
These wild and varied teachings result in the average church-goer being weak, immature, and poorly equipped to live and function in the way that God has planned. This need not be so. God has given us His completed word and given us instructions as to how to understand it.
2 Timothy 3:16–17 · KJV

The articles on this website are designed to challenge, convince, and strengthen you in your own faith. Personal Bible study (2 Timothy 2:15) and assembly teaching are the instruments for the believer to grow spiritually and thereby serve God as He would have us.
Colossians 1:9–10 · KJV
For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.
